Ex-Warner Bros. Employee Says WONDER WOMAN is in Trouble; Director Patty Jenkins Denies Claim

Warner Bros. is quickly becoming known for their behind closed doors drama when it comes to their movies, specifically for their DC super hero movie. This shouldn't surprise because where there's smoke there is fire and the releases of MAN OF STEEL, BATMAN V. SUPERMAN and now SUICIDE SQUAD have all had mediocre reception even though each has made lots of box office cash.

You've most likely read the stories airing out some dirty laundry about studio meddling with SUICIDE SQUAD — if not click here and here to read about it — but now an alleged former Warner Bros. employee has opened up in a letter to studio executives, on Pajiba via Vulture.

In this letter, the former employee has said she has already heard about internal issue surrounding WONDER WOMAN, which recently wrapped production, is now in post-production and has already released a great looking first trailer at San Diego Comic-Con last month.

"Maybe Wonder Woman wouldn't be such a mess. Don't try to hide behind the great trailer. People inside are already confirming it's another mess. It is almost impressive how you keep rewarding the same producers and executives for making the same mistakes, over and over."

While there is no clear evidence any of this angry open letter to execs has any truth behind it — the author is hiding behind the name 'Gracie Law,' which is Kim Cartell's character in BIG TROUBLE IN LITTLE CHINA — this didn't stop WONDER WOMAN director Patty Jenkins from taking to Twitter to denounce the claim.

No matter what is the real truth Jenkins has every right to fight for the movie she has been, and is, working hard on for its release next summer. Until WONDER WOMAN releases on June 3, 2017, fans can only hope Warner Bros. won't meddle with their next DC movie addition as they did with SUICIDE SQUAD. However, when the movie releases, and if its plot and story are an issue as BATMAN V. SUPERMAN and SUICIDE SQUAD before it, then it will safe to assume this former employee was right all along.

Until then we can all just be as positive and optimistic as we can be since all eyes are now focused on WONDER WOMAN. The pressure is on even though Warner Bros., DC Films or Jenkins will never admit this until after the movie it out in theaters.
