If you're going to this year's SXSW Festival and you're looking for a new tattoo, you're in luck! Warner Bros. has announced they will have "Harley's Tattoo Parlour" and they will offer several different tattoos based on character logos for this summer's SUICIDE SQUAD. Further details have not yet been made available.
