Whether you like actor Jared Leto's new Joker look or not, it is what it is. And with regards to the rumors swirling online claiming the Joker tattoos may not make it into SUICIDE SQUAD, well, here's your alleged proof that they will in fact stay put and he will have more than what you've already seen. (I still prefer the forehead tattoo be removed.)
Also, Harley Quinn has been seen in the official image for the Task Force X team and she too has tattoos. Now, it seems like she's the one behind both of their tattoos.

It is unknown whether this is a real image or not, but it is fun to see the two of them together.
