Since the end of February, The Daily SuperHero has been saying that Archangel will be in X-MEN: APOCALYPSE. Today, director Bryan Singer hinted I've been right the whole time.
In an exclusive with Empire, Singer confirmed that actor Ben Hardy is indeed Angel in the next X-Men movie but he then hinted that Angel won't be nice.
“Ben Hardy is Angel – I shall confirm it for you!" Singer said. “But he’s not a very nice Angel! And that’s all I’ll say…”
Check out the two newly revealed concept designs for Angel and the one with the wings looks like they are metal which clearly implies Angel will be taken by Apocalypse and changed into Archangel, as one of the villain's Four Horsemen.
X-MEN: APOCALYPSE releases on May 27, 2016.
