With all due respect to George Lucas, without him there is no Star Wars. However, this doesn't change the fact that many older Star Wars fan dislike Lucas' effects heavy Special Edition versions of the Original Trilogy films.
Personally, I could care less about the changes made to the Original Trilogy films and I like the Special Edition versions just as much as the unaltered versions. But one fan took some time to make the new trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens a bit more 'Special Edition friendly' by adding a ridiculous amount of special effects. (Shout out to @dertommyp for bringing this to my attention.)
Star Wars: The Force Awakens releases in theaters on December 18, 2015.
