New IRON MAN Suit in AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON Appears to be the 'Bleeding Edge' Armor From the Comics

As of the publishing of this post Marvel Studios has filmed Avengers: Age of Ultron in South Africa and Italy. While in South Africa, it has already been reported that Hulk goes on a rampage. During the Italy shoot more heroes, and Ultron, have been spotted including Hawkeye, Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver and Iron Man.

Speaking of Iron Man, he has been seen in a new suit of armor. This new armor, as seen in the above set photo, has more red than gold which is opposite of his Mark 42 suit in Iron Man 3 which was more gold than red.

If you're familiar with Iron Man comics universe then you should already have done the math and made the comparison of this new Avengers 2 armor with his Bleeding Edge armor in the comics. (You can see the comic version in the image below.)

In the comics universe, Tony Stark created his Bleeding Edge armor after he created his Extremis armor. So this could also the next step in the Marvel Cinematic Universe because Iron Man 3 was about Extremis. Also, in the comics universe, the Bleeding Edge armor was seen as a sign of Stark reinventing himself and his armor. Due to the ending of Iron Man 3, this all seems to fit into the cinematic universe cannon appropriately since Stark is now seen as reinventing himself and he moved on from all his older suits as well.

Obviously, this is all just theory right now and nothing is confirmed about Iron Man's new suit. But the dots can be connected to assume Stark's newest Iron Man suit in Avengers: Age of Ultron could be his Bleeding Edge armor.
