AGENTS OF SHIELD Theory: Who and What Was That Guy at the End of the T.A.H.I.T.I. Episode?

If you haven't been watching Agents of SHIELD, then this is your SPOILER ALERT. Read on, if you dare, after the image.

If you've seen the episode titled T.A.H.I.T.I., then you already know that Agent Phil Coulson saw part of the mysterious method(s) that helped bring him back from the dead after getting speared by Loki in The Avengers. And, if you're like me, you immediately thought of Marvel's alien race called the Kree when you saw the big blue guy.

All Avatar and Dr. Manhattan jokes aside, there could be some serious connection to the blue guy actually being Kree. Hear me out...

One of The Daily SuperHero's Facebook users brought something to my attention. The user mentioned how the markings on the chest of the blue guy are very similar to the markings on the armor of the Ronan The Accuser action figure for this summer's Guardians of the Galaxy. Ronan is Kree, by the way. So put the puzzle pieces together and the theory that the blue guy is a Kree could be legit.

I took some time in Photoshop to put the images together and zoomed into the blue guy's chest markings and you can see what could be considered as similar markings on him and on Ronan's armor.

Coincidence? Perhaps but this could also be considered as being some solid evidence leaning toward the blue guy being Kree. See for yourself in the image below! (Click image to enlarge.)
